Willie Johnson

Willie Johnson, 51, of Davenport, passed away, Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus.  

 Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, January 29, 2024 at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home with visitation being held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Oakdale Memorial Gardens.  Memorials may be made to the family.

 Willie was born on October 2, 1972, in Muskegon, Michigan, son of William Owens and Letha Larkins. 

 Willie had a good heart and was always willing to help others.  He was known for his hat collection.  Above all he loved his family, especially his three boys, and cherished the time he spent with them. 

 Willie is survived by his children Trevon, Jayden, and Landen Johnson; mother Letha Johnson; sister Mona Lisa (George) Adams; girlfriend Lori Daley; former wife Erica Johnson; aunt Zedia Jackson; niece China (Ira) Jeter; nephew Clarence Ford; and a host of cousins.

 He was preceded in death by his father, daughter Kaylynn Schultz, and brother Clarence Ford.
