Victoria L. Goodson

Victoria “Vicki” Goodson, 67, of Davenport, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025, at MercyOne Genesis, Davenport. Per her wish the rite of cremation will be accorded, and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to your favorite animal shelter. Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport, assisted the family.

Victoria Lynn Feuerbach was born May 8, 1957, in Davenport, a daughter of Louis Ray and Inez JoAnn (Wolf) Feuerbach. She graduated from Davenport West, class of 1975, and married her high school sweetheart, Randy Goodson, on January 15, 1977, in Walcott.

Prior to her retirement, Vicki had been a supervisor for Hardee’s for almost 30 years, primarily at the Eldridge location.

Vicki had a big heart and was a giver. She loved thrifting, going on road trips with her sister Marcia, and eating breakfast at Harlan’s or Village Inn. When her daughter was young, Vicki was an assistant leader in their Girl Scout troop.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Randy; daughter Brenda (Kirk) Goodson-Knott of Virginia Beach, VA; grandson Troy Miceli of Virginia Beach; siblings Marcia Zeigler of Davenport, Gregory Feuerbach of Walcott, Lori (Dan) Elder of Durant, Nancy (Heidi Lievens) Turkle of Davenport; many loving extended family members; a host of friends made over the years; and her beloved long-haired dachshund “Oscar.”

She was preceded in death by her parents and infant brother Jeffrey.
