Tolanna Madison

Tolanna Sue Madison passed away on August 14, 2018 at her home.

Services to celebrate her life will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Legacy Baptist Church, 4823 Jersey Ridge Road, Davenport.

Tolanna was born on July 15, 1961 in Davenport from Ethel and Alberto Madison but by the age of seven after years of foster care was reunited with four of her sisters and raised by Jesse and Helen Berry.

Tolanna graduated from Davenport Central High School and also attended St. Ambrose University.

Tolanna attended Third Missionary Baptist Church then later Quint City Baptist Church which is currently Legacy Baptist Church.

Tolanna was loved by so many for her eclectic style and a smile that would light up a room.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Jessica Hampton and Tasiaunna Madison, seven grandchildren, and a great-grandson.  Her remaining triplet sister, Tracy Madison, sisters, Mary Madison, Deborah Williams, Dianna Madison, Donna Madison, and Maxine Massey, many nieces and nephews and a very special friend in Lynda Larson whom she considered a sister.

Tolanna was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Madison, father, Alberto Madison, brother, Micah Madison, sister, Terry Madison, and twin babies whom she lost at birth.
