Todd Adrain Smith, 61, of Florida, passed away, 30 August 2024, after a long illness. He fought valiantly to stay with his family, especially for his wife, Carrie and his son Devin. In the end, God needed him more in Heaven, where he joined his brother Blaine, his sister, Jody, and his niece Jessica. His family and friends will miss him dearly, especially Carrie his wife, Devin his son, his sister Shelly (Dan) Robacker, two brothers Jason (Amy) Smith and Scott (Shelly) Smith, and his parents Adrain and Marianna as well as his brother in laws Daryl (Lilly) Culligan and Brad (Carrie) Witt. He will be missed by his special lady friends of Chelsi Exile(Tony and sons Alastor and Atticus), Alexi Cox (Gage and daughter Evelyn), Best friends Rusty Beatty, and Ivo and Kitty Crowley. 

 Todd was a United States Navy veteran as a petty officer 1st class instrument man, a talented computer geek, woodworker and artist. He was a good friend to many and maintained long-term friendships. He retired from IBM and enjoyed boating and working on his motorcycle. 

 A Memorial Mass will be celebrated for Todd at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 4, 2024 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 1416 3rd Ave, Rapids City, Illinois. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemtery, Davenport. Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
