Sharon P. Baxter

Sharon P. Baxter, 76, of Davenport, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf. Per her request cremation will be accorded and no service will be held. Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport, assisted the family.

Sharon Pearl Robinson was born April 4, 1948, in Moline, IL, a daughter of Merle I. “Bob” and Dolores G. (Pfieffer) Robinson.

Prior to her retirement in 2004 she worked as an administrative assistant at the Rock Island Arsenal for 25 years. She then worked at Walmart, retiring in 2020.

Sharon enjoyed going to the casino, playing Bingo, shopping, and when she was younger, she liked to go camping.

Those left to honor her memory include her daughters Barbara (Greg Peters) Hasson, Rebecca (Dan) McGlasson all of Davenport; grandchildren Kayla, Danielle, Shelby and Daniel McGlasson Jr; great grandson Ryan; and brother James Robinson of Davenport.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
