Scott Spink

Scott J. Spink, age 55, of Davenport, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport. The family will greet friends from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in the National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal.

   Scott was born on March 20, 1967, in Syracuse, NY, to James and Sandy (Bills) Spink. On May 11, 1991, he was united in marriage to Colleen Concannon in Colorado Springs, CO. Scott served in the U.S. Army during Desert Storm and was honorably discharged in 1991.

   Scott was a prankster at heart who loved the outdoors, whether it be camping, boating, hunting, or fishing. Being from New York, he loved cheering for the Bills and Yankees. He also enjoyed Nascar, especially Dale, and Dale Jr. Most of all he loved his family and friends and the time spent with them.

   Scott is survived by his wife, Colleen; children, Sydney Spink, Chelsea Spink, and Cameron (Danielle) Anderson; grandchildren, Jaxon Anderson and Angel Muse; and 2 siblings.
