Ronald L. Brougham

Ron Brougham, 64, of Buffalo, IA, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024, at his home. Per his request the rite of cremation has been accorded. Memorials may be given to the Scott County Humane Society.

Ronald Lee Brougham was born March 29, 1960, in Mondovi, WI, a son of Betty Jane Loomis.

He worked for Kraft/ Oscar Mayer.

He lived simply and largely kept to himself. He enjoyed watching movies and TV series, compiling an immense DVD collection. He loved dogs, especially his wolf hybrid “Chance”.

Those left to honor his memory include his mother Betty Worley of Aurora, IL; sister Cindy Mendez of Buffalo, IA; brothers Bob (Lisa) Brougham of Oswego, IL, and Michael Brougham of Canalou, MO; nieces and nephews Mercedes, Harold, Talia, Tiffany, Tyler, Tomas, Jessica, Jordan, Faith, Chloe, Lindsey, Jared; and “brother” Shawn (Lesa) Loomis of Aurora.

He was preceded in death by his sister Connie Velasquez, stepfather John Worley, and his dog Chance.
