Ricky Doughty

A Celebration of Life Service for Ricky L. Doughty, 65, a resident of Davenport, will be 2pm Saturday, January 6, 2018, at the Knights of Columbus, 1111 W. 35TH St, Davenport. Ricky passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 1, 2018 at Genesis Medical Center, East Rusholme Street, Davenport. Per his wishes, the rite of cremation was accorded.

Ricky Lee Doughty was born August 11, 1952 in Davenport, a son of Robert L. and Pauline G. (Russell) Doughty. He retired in 2014 as an Electrician from IBEW Local 145.

Ricky enjoyed racing, Rock & Roll, the Cubs, Hawkeyes and spending time with his children and family.

Memorials may be made to the family.

Those left to honor Ricky’s memory include his children, Jamie Doughty, Davenport and Justin (Jenni) Doughty, Holiday, Florida; brother, Greg (Brenda) Doughty, sisters, Noel (John) Sommerfield and Julie Bouldin, all of Canada, and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Jack K. and Robert P. Doughty. May they rest in peace.
