Rachel Peters

Rachel L. Peters, 40, a resident of Davenport, died Thursday, November 19, 2020 at her home.

Due to the current health concerns, a private service will be held at Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home in Davenport. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.

Rachel was born May 12, 1980 in Monroe, Louisiana the daughter of Clifton and Debra (Wallett) Peters.

Rachel enjoyed watching kids, coloring, and cooking. She was strong in her Christian faith.

Those left to honor her memory include her children, Kimberly Peters of Davenport, Robert Greve of Walcott, Damion Holmes and Devin Holmes, both of Davenport; parents, Clifton and Debra Peters in Davenport; siblings, Sarah Peters of Davenport, Anna (Jason) Lawson of Bettendorf, Mary Esther (Colton) Toney of Waukee, Iowa, and Daniel Peters of Davenport; many nieces and nephews.

Rachel was preceded in death by her grandparents; and niece, Krystal Robertson.
