Peggy Oviatt

Visitation and funeral service for Peggy J. Oviatt, 78, a resident of Oregon, will be held Friday, August 27, 2021, at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, downtown Davenport.  Visitation will be from 10:00am – 11:00am.  The Funeral Service will start at 11:00am.  Burial will be in Mt Joy Cemetery immediately after the service.  Peggy was living with her husband in Oregon when she lost her battle to cancer on August 22, 2021.

Peggy was born Peggy Jean Mosher on August 16, 1943.

She is survived by her husband, Chuck Oviatt; and children, Wendy Carlson, Michael De Frieze, Brenda De Frieze-McKim, Peggy Ricketts, Tammy De Frieze-Svacina and Catherine Raeside.  She has 17 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.  Peggy was preceded in death by her sister, Bonnie Lange.
