Pamela Sue Kinner

Pamela Sue Kinner, 73, of Davenport, passed away on February 20, 2024, at her home. Per her wishes, cremation has been honored and a double interment with her beloved husband, Allen, at Davenport Memorial Park will commence at a later date. Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. 

Pamela was born on June 27, 1950, in Muscatine to Roger and Roberta (Bales) Smith. She was united in marriage to Allen Kinner on June 24, 1985.   He preceded her in death on January 1, 2017.

Survivors include her children, David Seibert, Steven Seibert, Suzette Jacques, and Michael (Shanda) Seibert; 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Greg (Marcy) Smith.

In addition to the children, those left to mourn her memory include brother-in-law, Hank Hawkins and sister in-law Rhonda Smith, many nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends. Especially, loyal friends Roland and Robert. Special thanks to Jerry, for helping Pam with her last days.

In addition to her parents and husband, Pamela was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Hawkins; and a brother, Roger Smith.
