Pam Hutcheson

Funeral services celebrating the life of Pamela Hutcheson, 60, of Davenport, will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Davenport.  Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Davenport.  Visitation will be Monday from 5 until 7 p.m. at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home with additional visitation Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass at the Cathedral.  Memorials may be made to the Girl Scouts or Vera French.

Ms. Hutcheson passed away Monday December 4, 2023 at The Ivy of Davenport, after a courageous battle with a recent illness.

Pam was born July 22, 1963, in Davenport, a daughter of Glen “Bob” and Suzanne (Hoffman) Hutcheson.  She graduated from Davenport West High School, class of 1981, and studied Art and Political Science at St. Ambrose University.

Prior to her illness, she had worked as a security guard for Per Mar Security.

She liked crocheting, playing BINGO with friends and going camping. Loved entertaining her great nieces and nephews. She was Cardinal Fan for life. She was a friendly, loving, and helpful person. She earned quite few badges and awards thru Girl Scouting.

Those left to honor her memory include her mother, Suzanne; siblings Lisa (Ken) Leonard, Theresa Hutcheson, Julie Hutcheson, all of Davenport, James (Amy) Hutcheson of Indianapolis; nieces and nephews Michelle Clark, Victoria Leonard, Stephen (Ali) Hilton-Leonard, Keenan (Jenny) Hutcheson, Alexandria Hutcheson, Richard (Laura) Hutcheson, Ellen Hutcheson, Alexa Hutcheson, Robert Hutcheson; great nieces and nephews Trent, Henry, Marysa, Grayson, Luka, Remi, and Millie; her best friend, Alicia Nicholas; and her beloved dog, Cooper.

She was preceded in death by her sister Mary Ann, father, Glen, brother Robert Hutcheson and best friend, Jan Sable.
