Mercedez Ann Dennis

Funeral services celebrating the life of Mercedez Ann Dennis, 31, of Davenport, will be held at Noon on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport.  Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport.  The family will receive friends from 11am until time of service at the funeral home.

Ms. Dennis passed away Saturday, September 24, 2022, at her home.

Mercedez was born May 14, 1991, in Davenport, the daughter of Troy Dennis and Veronica Almanza.

She was a very spiritual person who liked listening to music, drawing, and helping others. 

Those left to honor her memory include her daughter Marianna; mother Veronica Almanza; father Troy Dennis; sister Santana Dennis; and brother Jacob Dennis, all of Davenport.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Zalaya, maternal grandparents Bonifacio and Rosa Almanza and paternal grandmother Margaret Dennis.  May they rest in peace.
