He was a proud recipient of a double lung transplant in 2014 and was a major inspiration to many doctors, nurses, and fellow transplant recipients. Matt loved spending time with his niece and nephews, running errands, and spending quality time with his parents. Matt enjoyed his spiritual life at Park View Lutheran Church.
