Margaret Keller

Margaret E. Keller, 89, a resident of Bettendorf, died Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf.

Funeral services and Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Bettendorf. Burial will be at Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation will be one hour prior to Mass at church. Memorials may be made to St. John Vianney. Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home in Davenport is assisting the family.

Margaret was born October 31, 1931 in Riverside, Iowa, the daughter of William and Mary (Yeggy) Lintz. She married Donavon L. Keller, September 1, 1956. He preceded her in death, June 3, 2011.

Margaret worked as an x-ray technician at the former Mercy Hospital in Davenport. She was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church, and enjoyed gardening, sewing, bird watching, and butterflies.

Those left to honor her memory include her children, Stephen, James, and Mary; grandchildren, Nicholas, Nathaniel, and Dakota; great-grandchildren, Donavon and Kevin; and a brother, Mark.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, and an infant brother, Omar.
