Leslie Pullman III

Memorial services celebrating the life of Leslie M. “Les” Pullman III, 55, of Davenport, will be 1pm Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport.  Visitation will be from 11am until time of service at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the Davenport Public Library.

Mr. Pullman passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.

Leslie Milo Pullman was born March 18, 1963, in Iowa City, a son of Leslie Milo and Marian Rose (Stimmel) Pullman II.  He was united in marriage to Rhonda Haller on October 8, 2017.

Leslie had worked for Nestle Purina in the packing room.

He was an avid fan of Star Trek and was a member of Starfleet Command Quadrant One (SFCQ1) holding the rank of Lt. Commander – Senior Science Officer aboard the USS Mighty Mississippi.  He was also a fan of Doctor Who and enjoyed cosplaying as Tom Baker, the fourth Doctor.

Les loved the Green Bay Packers, reading, and attending musicals at the Adler Theater.

Survivors include his wife Rhonda; sons Robert (Erin) Hill, Rochester, MN, Marcus Hill, Davenport; siblings Duff (Janet) McFadden, Johnston, IA, Candi (Tommy) Milewski, Fountain, FL; and Dessel White, Davenport; several nieces and nephews; and his cats Tiberius and Riversong.

His parents preceded him in death.
