Lawrence Sherwin

Lawrence M. Sherwin, 66, a resident of Davenport, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Genesis Medical Center, East Rusholme Street.  Keeping with his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services and this time.

Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Lawrence Michael Sherwin was born on October 16, 1951 in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.

Larry was a painter and worked many odd jobs during his lifetime.  He was a great artist and enjoyed fishing and camping.

Survivors include his sisters: Klareen Reyes, Davenport and Mary Jo Holley, Fillmore, California, and nieces and nephews.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Jack Sherwin, Tom Sherwin, and Kathleen Axtell.  May they rest in peace.
