Kevin S. Rohm

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Kevin Scott Rohm, 46, of Davenport, will be held at Noon on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport. Visitation will be from 11am until time of services at the funeral home.

Mr. Rohm passed away, with his family by his side, on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Genesis Medical Center-East Campus, Davenport, following a five year battle with cancer.

Kevin was born December 25, 1976 in Davenport, a son of Larry and Katherine (Wanzel) Rohm.

Prior to cancer forcing him to retire, he worked for 20 years at Kelly Construction as a machine operator and flatworker. 

He loved to play pool, often winning awards and trophies for his skill. He also enjoyed to fish, camp, kayak, travel, and work on old cars and motorcycles. His biggest soft spot was for dogs, especially his pitbull “Mongo”.

Those left to honor his memory include his daughter Anastasia Sammon of Davenport; mother Kathy Rohm of Davenport; siblings Jeff Rohm of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Larry Rohm of Minnesota, Shawn Rohm, of Davenport, Robert Rohm of Davenport, Jodi Deanda of Cincinnati, OH, Michelle House of Grand Mound, IA, and Ralph Rohm of Davenport.

He was preceded in death by his father, and grandparents.
