Jeremy Booth

Funeral services celebrating the life of Jeremy D. Booth, 35, of Davenport, will be 12:00pm Friday, August 27, 2021, at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport.  Visitation will be from 11:00am until time of service at the funeral home.  The rite of cremation will follow services.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Mr. Booth passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at Genesis Medical Center, East Rusholme Street Campus, Davenport.

Jeremy Darnell Booth was born April 7, 1986, in Chicago, a son of Johnny Booth and Janet (Cowan) Marshall.

He had worked in the construction industry for many years and enjoyed building, painting and remodeling projects.

Jeremy was softspoken, always positive, kind, and ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.  He loved the time spent with his family and always said “I love you.”

Those left to honor his memory include his Fiancée, Tierra Dixon, and his children; Janiyah, Jada, and Jamari Booth, Aqsheana Dixon, Jesus Dixon, and Daizien Dixon; mother, Janet (James) Marshall, Davenport; father, Johnny (Carla) Booth, Cedar Rapids; sisters, Kesha Booth, Monique Croom, Queen (Mercedes) Booth, and Althea (Michael) Jacobs; brothers, Laurence (Francesca) Ward, Jr., Mauriosantana Cowan, Johnny Ray Booth, Joshua Booth, William Green, and Johnny Lee Booth; paternal grandmother, Queen Esther Booth; and many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
