Jack Gregg

Jack E. Gregg, 69, a resident of Davenport, died Saturday, December 17, 2022.

There will be no services held at this time. Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Jack was born January 16, 1953 in Lincoln, Nebraska, the son of Jack and Lilo Gregg. He married Connie Groom. They later divorced.

Jack worked as a police officer for the City of Davenport and recently for McGrath Quad Cities Harley Davidson. He was a gun enthusiast, and in his younger years, enjoyed riding his Harley. Jack loved telling stories and was a thoughtful and caring man, always willing to help those in need.

Those left to honor his memory include his daughters, Kelly Gregg and Angela Grau; and dear friends, Mike Ruefer and Walt Powell.
