Dina Crisci

March 2, 1933 — November 11, 2021

Dina Lee Crisci, 88, of Davenport, died Thursday, November 11, 2021 at her son’s home surrounded by family.  Funeral services and Mass of Christian Burial for Dina will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Davenport.  Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.  Visitation will be Monday from 4 until 7 p.m. at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Dina Lee Ogden was born on March 2, 1933 in Knoxville, Iowa, a daughter of Joseph and Lois (Miller) Ogden. Dina was united in marriage to Joseph Vincent Crisci on August 23, 1952 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Davenport.  He preceded her in death on October 29, 2021 after 69 years of marriage.

Dina retired from the City of Davenport in 1994 after 29 years as a meter maid.  She had also worked as a crossing guard at Locust and Marquette Streets for the children attending Holy Family School.

Dina enjoyed playing bingo, camping, treasure hunting, and trips to the casino.  She was an avid collector of everything M & M’s.

Survivors include her children: Linda (Lindy) Daily, Mike (Deb) Crisci, Rick (Tammy) Crisci, and Connie (Jeff Schmidt) Crisci, all of Davenport; 5 grandchildren: Dominick (Jacklyn) Crisci, Trisha (Chris) Clark, Joey Crisci, Kelly Lovell, and Kayla DeLay; 9 great-grandchildren: Taylor, Hailey, Ryan, Paige, Hannah Jo, Tyler Crisci, Makhia Hull, Darnell Quinn, Jr., and Kaylynn Damp, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Josephine Newton and Marion Ogden. May they rest in peace.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Genesis Visiting Nurses and Genesis Hospice for the care and compassion shown to Dina.
