Family was the most important thing to Dan. Often traveling with them to ball games, working on vehicles, enjoying a meal, playing games, and providing wisdom and support. Dan loved and was proud of his grandkids. He especially enjoyed going to his grandson Danny’s travel ball for years and working with Josh on his 1957 Bel Air Chevy.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, his brother Lawrence, and Linda.
Those left in his memory are his sons, 5 grandsons Jeremy, Chris, Danny, Josh and Andrew. In addition, he left 8 great-grandchildren, Madeline, Owen, Neil, Sadie, Kylie, Wesley, Henry, and Everleigh. Also left are his special friends Jim and Barb Callison.
The family would like to thank Father Bud, the staff at Courtyard Estates in Walcott, IA and Genesis’s Clarissa Cook Hospice House for their patience and loving care.
