Dan Blazier

Daniel H. “Dan” Blazier, 48, of Park View, died Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at MercyOne-Genesis Medical Center, Davenport.

A visitation will be held Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 11 until 12:30 p.m. at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, 614 Main Street, Davenport with a service offered at 12:30 p.m. Keeping with Dan’s wishes, cremation rites have taken place. Memorials may be made to the family.

Daniel Howard Blazier was born on October 20, 1976 in Washington, D.C., a son of Wayne and Penny Blazier. He was united in marriage to Dawn Andrews on August 18, 2012 in Clinton, Iowa.

Dan worked primarily in the restaurant industry in the Quad Cities. He was a self-proclaimed “nerd” or “geek” if you will. He enjoyed sci-fi and everything Marvel or D.C. 

Those left to honor his memory are his wife, Dawn; children: Hailey, Colby, and Sarah, all of Park View; sister: Staci (Jason) Cetina, and Patti Koeller, all of Seattle, and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
