Charles Flowers

Charles Edward Flowers, 75, of Davenport, passed away, Friday, December 8, 2023 at Genesis East Medical Center. 

Cremation rites have been accorded. 

Charles was born on March 10, 1948, son of William and Addie (Curry) Flowers. 

Charles enjoyed dancing, music and his hat collection.  He was a very funny man and was always upbeat.  He was also a great cook.  Above all he loved his daughters and grandchildren and cherished the time he spent with them.

Those left to honor his memory include his daughters, Margaret “Margie” Walker, Lehigh Acres, FL and Roberta Smith, Denver, CO; 6 grandchildren; siblings Mary Johnson and Lonnie Flowers; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Norma Jean Montgomery,  Betty Flowers and Margaret Flowers and brother William Flowers, Jr. of the Netherlands (Holland).
