Caroline Mae Olson

Caroline Mae Olson, 82, of Davenport, passed away, Sunday, March 26, 2023 at her home.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.   

Caroline was born on May 6, 1940 in Hensley, Arkansas to Virginia Sueverkrubbe.  She was united in marriage to Robert Olson, Sr.  He preceded her in death. 

Carloline worked at Crescent Macaroni, Braemers Manufacturing, Caterpillar, and later Warren Packaging.  She then spent her time babysitting.  She enjoyed listening to gospel and country music, going to church and cooking.  She also found joy in traveling, Tri-State Tours, and car rides.  Caroline was also a regular at Circa 21.  Above all else she loved her grandchildren and her time spent with them.

Those left to honor her memory include her children Robert Olson, Jr., Michael Olson, David Olson, and Patricia Smith; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and siblings June Elaine (Buddy) Dietrich and Marvin Sueverkrubbe.

She was preceded in death by her mother, husband, and siblings Richard Sueverkrubbe, Jacob Sueverkrubbe, and Genieve Coble.
