Carlton Fletcher “Ce Ce” Williams, 59, of Davenport, died Saturday, March 19, 2022, in Davenport. Funeral services to celebrate his life will 12 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2022, at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport. Burial will be in Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport. Visitation will be held Monday from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the funeral home.
Carlton was born on October 26, 1962, in Davenport, son of Doretha (Brewer) and Edward Leroy Williams. He graduated from West High School in 1981 and attended Scott Community College. Carlton was an in-home care provider for many years and also provided excellent care at Friendship Manor, Guardian Family, and Good Samaritan Society.
Carlton loved to travel including eight cruises on Carnival ships. He was also an avid sports fan, especially the Chicago Cubs.
Survivors include his brother, Leroy, Des Moines, niece Shaynetta, cousins: Maureen (Brewer) and Lee Klose, Bloomingdale, Illinois, Dwayne McMillen, Madison, Wisconsin, and special friends: Susan Nicholson, Monique Nicholson, Gent’ziyan Ellis, Alesia Nicholson, Alia Arrington, Halijah Bradford, Hasani Bradford, Tai Nicholson, Deandre McBride, Geneva Nicholson, and Stella Nicholson, Yolanda Graves, Matt Tensley, Angie Rodriquez, Nolan Tensley, Candace Bryant, Sherri Rudd, Erinie Banks, Nicholas Banks, his Progressive Church family, Brenda Joy Smith, Roddy Steve Taylor, and very dear friend, Elmer Wells.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Sharon “Renae” Williams, special aunt, Lillian Wilson, and nephew, Victor Williams.
