Beverly Goodale

Beverly Goodale, 79, of Davenport, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 at her home.

Visitation will be from 10-11am Thursday, February 18, 2021 at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport.  Private burial will follow at Davenport Memorial Park.

Beverly Joyce Goodale was born May 29, 1941, in Davenport, the daughter of Darrell and Marjorie (Morris) Goodale.

Despite multiple disabilities, Beverly was always happy and enjoyed life.  She loved all the staff at HDC who took such great care of her over the years.

She worked for the Handicapped Development Center for over thirty years before retiring in 2010.

She loved going to summer camp at Camp Courageous, going out to eat, coloring, shopping and especially buying purses that matched her outfit, going to dances, and hanging out with friends.

Survivors include her HDC family and friends and her best friend Patty.

She was preceded in death by her mother Majorie, father Darrell, and stepmother E. Louis Goodale
